Renaissance & Company was founded by Alistair and Sheila Gray. Over our years in consulting we have built up an enviable network of Associates who bring additional expertise to our firm.

Ann Astell

Ann is a chartered psychologist with over 25 years experience as a consultant in the fields of people and organisation development.

James Bowen

James has over 12 years’ consulting experience and is an expert in strategy development and organisational design.

Kate Boxer

Kate provides clients with excellent support on their major projects. She has a strong research background and is a excellent member of any team.

John Bull

John specialises in helping organisations to assess and raise the leadership capability of key individuals and teams.

Steve Galloway

Steve specialises in working with clients on strategy development and strategic marketing. Steve speaks fluent Japanese and provides a unique strength in understanding the cultural management issues of international business.

Fiona Gifford

Fiona is the lead Associate for our Organisational Development and Leadership work at Renaissance. Fiona has over 20 years’ experience working in blue chip, global organisations and has built, developed and led several high performing teams.

Alistair Gray

Alistair is a founder director of Renaissance & Co and is one of Europe’s leading strategic management consultants. His clients include a number of leading multi-national PLCs and sporting organisations such as the International Cricket Council, The Football Association, ECB, Cricket Australia, the Scottish FA, FAI, Lawn Tennis Association, UK Sport and Sport England.

Sheila Gray

Sheila’s main area of consultancy is sport, particularly performance planning and evaluation, strategy development and organisational change.

Sally Horrox

Sally’s background is delivering strategic solutions for clients in sport and business.

Brian MacNeice

Brian has over 15 year’s of consulting experience in sport, general business and the public sector.

Ian McMorris

Ian is an Associate based in Belfast and specialises in strategic management and science policy.

Kevin Parker

Kevin has been associated with Genesis and Renaissance for over 15 years and played an instrumental role in many of the firms' most challenging and successful projects. A specialist in working with people, either individually or corporately to improve performance he has mastered the art of strategic conversations, and how they can improve performance. He is a qualified and experienced coach who has worked with senior executives in the private and public sectors to improve performance.

Sally Seymour

When with PMP Sally was responsible for the day-to-day running of Quest, the UK’s quality scheme for sport and leisure. Her role is wide ranging and encompasses finance, recruitment and line management, through to marketing, contract monitoring and development of the scheme.
